I am a trained and certified Professional Coach and Systemic Coach. However, my main goal is to provide the coaching and guidance YOU need! That’s why I’m working with multiple methods and tools.

What does it mean?

I’ll bring a tool box of methods to our sessions and together we will decide what methods and techniques work the best for YOU. You are unique and there are no general solutions to your personal challenges. Be it a systemic coaching, a career coaching with concrete next steps or just a deep conversation about your core beliefs and character traits – whatever fits you, is the method we are choosing.

My name is Kim Dede and I am a German Coach and Consultant with profound expertise in female career.

As certified and experienced coach I help people – especially women – to build a career and life that they love.

Promoting and coaching ambitious women is my passion! That’s why I’m currently also writing my PhD thesis about the influencing factors on women’s careers in higher management positions in consulting.

During my studies of business communication in Berlin, Germany, I realized that my heart beats for consulting: Helping people and organizations become a better and happier version of themselves, more agile and innovative as well as people-centered. Where does the Coaching take place?

  • As I am based in Dubai with mostly european client, most of my coachings happen in a remote situation. Especially in the beginning, the familiar atmosphere at home helps to jump start your personal coaching journey.

  • If time and topic allows, in-person coachings in Dubai, Berlin or Hamburg are possible e.g. to create your vision board or build the foundation of your business.

  • The Coaching is in English or German - whatever you prefer. Just let me know in the beginning.

How do we arrange the sessions?

  • We practice what we preach: An agile and flexible working and coaching environment. According to and depending on both of our schedules, we arrange meetings flexibly. Usually, scheduling another meeting at the end of one session works the best.

    If you need to talk immediately about an urgent topic, it is easily possible to schedule a meeting at short notice.

  • For a free initial consultation of 30 minutes, please use the contact form on this website. I will get back to you with time proposals as soon as possible.

Which topics can we talk about?

  • Usually, in the first meeting we will find out what your Coaching target is. We will talk about your goals and how I can help you to achieve them.

  • Some people have a clear idea what they want to discuss in their sessions, others just need to talk and let me guide them through their thoughts. Every topic is welcomed!

  • However, if at the beginning of one session you feel like talking about a particularly important topic, we adjust our agenda accordingly. This is YOUR coaching session, individually adjusted to your needs.

Who can be coached?

  • I offer my Coaching to anyone who actively wants to deal with personal and career development and who is open to new questions and impulses.

  • Overall, I’m passionate about helping women to create opportunities in their jobs and shape their careers with confidence. But of course: Any gender and topic is welcomed!
